Tanya Hoover, President of Midwest Language Services, LLC, presented a training to an Indianapolis-based company titled, “Work Smarter, Not Harder.”
A mission, vision, and values are what determine a company’s priorities, decisions, and how the people in an organization should manage their time. The presentation included tips on what should be included in a mission statement, how to determine priorities, and and manage one’s schedule accordingly. Ms. Hoover also gave the attendees tips on how to tame the “e-mail monster” and how to use the Midwest Language Services app to access interpreters of over 200 languages at the touch of a button.
