Yes, we offer both Over-the-Phone Interpreting (OPI) and Video Remote Interpreting (VRI) options for your convenience.

Video Remote Interpreting (VRI) allows participants to see and hear the interpreter through a video platform, making it ideal for situations where visual cues and facial expressions are important.
Over-the-Phone Interpreting (OPI) is done entirely by audio and is best suited for quick or less complex interactions where video is not necessary. -
In simultaneous interpreting, the interpreter speaks at the same time as the speaker and often uses wireless transmitters or receivers. In consecutive interpreting, the interpreter speaks after the speaker pauses.

Appointments canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled time will be billed in full, with a minimum charge of two hours. This policy does not include mileage.

Yes, you may request changes to the time, date, or location after your booking has been confirmed. However, we recommend notifying us as soon as possible to ensure interpreter availability and minimize scheduling conflicts.
